REFUND POLICY

Goo’d Extracts offers a monetary refund or credit for items that fall under the following criteria. 

  • Item(s) must be unused,  in the same condition that you received them and still in its original packaging. 

  • The refund amount will only be for the price of the item(s), shipping fees will not be refunded. 

  • Goo’d Extracts does not issue return shipping labels.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the items being returned and deducted from your refund amount. 

  • 30-days from delivery date – Full refund or credit

  • 30 to 60 days from delivery date – Partial Refund or Credit up to 50% 

  • 60 days or more from delivery date – not eligible for refund or credit

If you are approved for a monetary refund, your refund will be processed to the original payment method provided at time of purchase.  Monetary refunds will not be issued to alternate credit cards or recipients.  If the original card is not available, a credit will only be issued to your account. Refunds/Product swaps will not be processed until returned items are received.

All Customers are required to understand their local regulations. No refunds, discounts or replacements will be offered if any issues arise.
